When I was 16 and tired of school, I was offered a job as a baker in my stepfather’s bakery. In addition to cakes and pastries, we baked all kinds of bread, cookies, buns and wreaths. At that time, baking buns was something that went on routinely and without difficulty. For some reason, buns have become more difficult to make over the years. They get dry, a little burnt or not at all the taste experience they should be, until today! These buns were awesome!
